Returns & Exchanges
Here at gbelts, it is our goal to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us for order assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you. Please review our return and exchange policy below. Return policy:

To receive a full refund, your purchase item must meet the following criteria: Your product must be in a new and unused condition. Your product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
gbelts is not responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. In the rare case that a damaged item is shipped to you, please email us at within 14 days of receipt.  Please be sure to place **DAMAGED ITEM FOR RETURN** in the subject line along with attached photos clearly outlining the damage and a detailed explanation of what the damage is.  You will receive a call tag to ship the damaged item back to gbelts Corporate - 4712 Admiralty Way #978, Marina del Rey, CA 90292.  Upon receipt of the damaged goods, gbelts will ship out a replacement item at no charge.  Please note, if the exchanged item is being shipped internationally, it is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties.  gbelts does not add VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.

How to make a Return or Exchange:

Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return. E-mail us at with your order number, items you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. If you are making an exchange we will need you to provide us with your credit card information to pay for the applicable re-shipping fee since we do not keep billing information on file. If approved, we will then provide you with an RA number via email within 48 hours of receiving your request. Please write this number boldly on the outside of the box that is being returned to us.
VERY IMPORTANT - If we receive a package without an RA number clearly marked it will be refused, so please be sure to make that number visible on the outside of the package you are using to return. Please allow us 7-14 business days to process your return or exchange.
