Shopping

Do I have to sign-up to shop? 
Only if you are purchasing and/or redeeming gift cards.
Do gift certificates have an expiration date?
No.  All gift cards will remain in the system until used.

Payment

Will I receive a receipt after purchasing?
Yes.  Receipts will be sent to your email address submitted at the time of purchase.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Debit Card.
After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once you place an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information.  If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at orders@gbelts.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request.  If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address.  However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online.  PayPal can be used at www.gbelts.com to purchase items by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) and debit card.  By using PayPal, your credit or debit card information is securely encrypted through PayPal's server without sharing your sensitive financial information with gbelts.

Shipping

When will I receive my item(s) after I place an order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If for some reason you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation that your order has been received.
Can I track my order after shipment?
Yes. You'll be issued a tracking number via email once your purchase item is shipped.
Do you ship to my country and what are your shipping rates?
We ship worldwide. The exact shipping rate varies based on the item's weight and destination country.
If customs duties are incurred, who is responsible?
Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipment entering the specific country or region.  All shipments being sent to or from region must clear customs first.  It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties.  gbelts does not add VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.

After Sales

How can I cancel my order after payment is made?
All cancellations must be made prior to the item shipping. Please contact orders@gbelts.com as soon as possible with ORDER CANCELLATION written in the subject line. If the package has already been dispatched, then we are not able to cancel or change the order.
How can I return purchased items?
Before returning any item to us, please make sure that you understand our return policy and that you meet all the criteria. The first step is to send us an email to orders@gbelts.com and provide us with the following information: A. The original order number. B. The reason for the return or exchange. C. Attached photographs clearly showing the problem with the purchase item. D. Your shipping address and phone number. Once the email has been received and the matter has been approved for a return or exchange, you will be issued an RA Number for shipping. PLEASE VISIBLY WRITE THE ASSIGNED RA NUMBER ON THE RETURN PACKAGE FOR PROCESSING. ITEMS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Who's responsible for shipping on a returned or exchanged item?
The customer will be responsible for shipping on all returns and/or exchanges. In a rare case that a damaged item is shipped, please contact us at orders@gbelts.com within 14 days of receipt. gbelts will issue an RA Number. You will receive a call tag to ship the damaged item back to gbelts. Upon receipt of the damaged good, gbelts will ship out a replacement item at no charge. It is highly recommended that you review our Return & Exchange Policy prior to returning a purchase item.
